Symposium Fees
To assist potential attendees who need detailed cost information, we are happy to offer this summary.
Notes:
- The early registration deadline is Sunday, February 1st, 2009. Registrations postmarked or FAXed on or before this date are considered to be 'early.'
- The late registration deadline is Wednesday, February 25th, 2009. Registrations that miss the early deadline but are received on or before this date are considered to be 'late.'
- After the late deadline, the on-site rates will apply. Symposium attendees will no longer be able to register on-line. Registration may be completed at the symposium registration desk starting at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 4th. - Symposium Registration:
- Early: $190 for SIGCSE members, $250 for non-members.
- Late: $220 for SIGCSE members, $280 for non-members
- On-site: $250 for SIGCSE members, $310 for non-members
- Friday-only High School: $60 early, $90 late or on-site.
- Students (at any time): $30 for ACM/SIGCSE members, $40 for non-members
Regular conference registration includes: One copy of the symposium proceedings on CD; all paper sessions, panels, BOFs, and keynotes; the Thursday night reception at the Tennessee Aquarium; the exhibition hall (and coffee breaks); and the Saturday luncheon. The special high school rate includes access to all Friday sessions, panels, BOFs, and keynotes; the exhibition hall (and coffee breaks); and one copy of proceedings on CD.
- Other Activity/Event Fees:
- Workshops (each): $60 early, $75 late, $90 on-site
- Pre-symposium Events:
- Department Chairs Roundtable: $95
- Assessment Roundtable: $95
- New Teaching Faculty Roundtable: $25

- Additional Thursday evening reception tickets:
- Adults: $35 each
- Children (12 or younger): $10 each
- Additional Saturday luncheon tickets: $35 each
- Additional copies of the symposium proceedings CD: $10 each
- A limited number of printed copies of the symposium proceedings will be available for $35 each.
